    inconvenience to you.
  • JUST LISTED NOTICES Distribute “Just Listed” notices to selected areas to make sure
    prospective buyers are aware your property is available.
  • OFFICE PROMOTION Promote your property to the Hill Top Real Estate Team.
  • SIGN OF RESPECT Place an exclusive Matthew A. Bartlett, Hill Top Real Estate • For sale sign on your property, showing my telephone number. This will enable me to receive all phone calls from prospective buyers on your property. (With your permission).
  • PURCHASE OFFER I WILL review with you all purchase offers as they are presented and assist you in all negotiations. Upon agreement and acceptance of an offer, I will walk you through the escrow process, through personal communication and my transaction coordinator system.
  • LOCK BOX Add additional exposure through a lock box. (With your permission)
